Welcome to The Phoenix Inn

This beautiful historic pub and restaurant has firmly established itself as one of the best eateries in Hampshire, steeped in history dating back to the 18th century and synonymous with various classic car clubs, makes The Phoenix Inn a real destination site.

The range of ales is carefully sourced to complement the seasons, and has been Cask Marque accredited. A very comprehensive wine list with at least 16 wines available by the glass, a Fine Wine section, and a stunning house wine completes every dining experience.

Group bookings

For large group bookings, on a peak day (Thursday-Friday- Saturdays) we are pleased to be able to offer a set 3 course menu at or around £35 per person, there will be 3 choices of starter, main, dessert.

As I was with two friends, both celebrating birthdays I suggested we visit the Phoenix Inn for a birthday meal treat. We were greeted by a cheerful staff member as we entered a& then seated outside in the warm pleasant sunshine. We ordered burgers & a salad & some soft drinks & it wasn’t long before we were tucking in to our food. The Chicken burger was great & the other food on the table looked good too. We all had the fruits of the forest Cheesecake for dessert & were left feeling satiated & relaxed.

Just arrived home after another proper amazing roast at The Phoenix. Easter Sunday, and I had the lamb – blooming ‘eck! Amazing! Best roast dinner in a pub ever! Everything was first class, food, service and table. Thank you all for a cracking afternoon!

Haven’t had the opportunity to come here for sometime now. But decided to do my birthday event here with the family. What can I say. It was as always the best Sunday lunch ever. So much choice and so much included in the price. Proper freshly cooked vegetables that could NOT ever be described as “plain boiled veg” like so may offering a Sunday lunch option these days. Staff and service was great and we stayed for the infamous Meat Raffle which to be honest is an event in itself and the money always goes to a good cause. Top notch and thanks to Sisi and Andrew and their amazing Team.
